Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. Any changes or revisions will be effective immediately upon their posting on westgroupe.com. Your use of WESTGROUPE.COM will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use posted on this site at the time of such use. Accordingly, you are advised to review the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use prior to using westgroupe.com. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY CHANGES OR REVISIONS WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES OR REVISIONS. Returns

To return merchandise, the client must first obtain a return authorization number by contacting our offices or their local sales representative. WestGroupe reserves the right to refuse or return any packages received that do not have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box and that does not comply to our standard returns policy.

Warranty and Exchange Policy

To ensure that all warranties, exchanges and /or credits are correctly and promptly processed, please include a copy of the original invoice. If the invoice copy is not available the following pieces of information must be included for credit to be issued: Original WestGroupe invoice number, date of purchase, and price paid.

Warranties

Length of warranty:

• Warranties on WestGroupe products extend two years from invoice date, excluding sunglasses, which extend one year.
• Lenses, temple tips and nose pads are not covered under warranty.

Terms of warranty:

• Warranties apply to manufacturer’s defects only.
• Frames sold as discontinued items are not covered under warranty

Exchanges / Credits

1. All frames are non-refundable: exchangeable only.
2. Frames ordered on approval have a 30-day grace period to be returned for credit, Sunglasses ordered on approval have a 15-day grace period to be returned, lenses cannot be scratched or damaged. All product ordered on approval needs to be returned in original packaging.
3. Frames must be returned within one year from date of purchase to be eligible for exchange privilege.
4. All exchanges (excluding warranties and frames on approval) must include a credit authorization sheet signed by one of our sales representatives.
5. Frames must be:
   • In resalable condition
   • Clean of all markings, labels, and glue
   • Temples and frames have original shape and adjustment
   • Demo lenses intact and in place
   • Individually enclosed in plastic bags
   • Include respective cases (if these conditions are not met a handling fee will be applied)
6. Frames sold as discontinued items are not eligible for exchange or credit
7. You (the client) are fully responsible for products, and any fees incurred when returning them to WestGroupe.
8. Returns are subject to approval by the head office.
9. Any returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.
10. Any invoice under $40 may be subject to a handling fee.

For prompt and accurate processing, please include a copy of the original invoice for all frames being returned.

Shipping

Our responsibility ends when the shipping company picks up the merchandise at our warehouse. The recipient is responsible for inspecting any merchandise as soon as it is received. You have 24 hours from the time of reception to report a short shipment.
